Went to our local bistro with hubby & daughter. Had great time with great food & chatting away then realizing, omg, I don't need s.... Inside me to enjoy myself.

Waking up Saturday morning feeling good instead of: feeling so hungover I want to die, scrambling around for some painkillers wishing & hoping to feel better, let alone heart pounding in my chest and the paranoia. Don't miss any of that!

1. If I drink I will continue to drink, and will call in sick for work
2. I will spiral out of control, go off the deep end drinking holed up by myself for about a week til my body and mind can't take it any more and I have to crawl out of it again, that isn't pleasant and the depression and anxiety that it brings isn't something I want to deal with again
