Canadian remembrance day
To all our brave soldiers that have sacrificed so much to make this world a safe place for everyone, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Blessing to all my SR brothers and sisters in arms.
A song is in order as I am not a man for words.

It's a Pittance of Time, Lest We Forget.
Yes, the war to end all wars....
Simply cannot imagine the horror. Common men doing uncommon things.
It is indeed fitting we remember all who have answered. WE stand on the shoulders of great men and women.....
Pray for peace, that should be their legacy.

Remembrance Day has always had a special place in my heart. I was a military wife for 22 years. We must remember.
My precious Grandfather fought in WWI, in the Battles of Ypres, Verdun, Somme, Vimy Ridge. I recently found a photo of my Grandmother which he had literally carried in his pocket for all four years of the War. On the back he wrote "My Constant Companion".
My Dad was in the Navy in WWII.
