90 day feelings
I just hit 90 days yet feel depressed restless and discontent Im separated from my wife and she has my son that I have not seen in 5 months feeling lonely and hopeless How do I get out of my head and deal with this.
I'm sorry that you're feeling down. I hope you can be proud of 90 days of sobriety. Are you in contact with your son and your wife? Hopefully she will see from your actions that you are changing in a positive way.
Have you been able to make changes in your life besides not drinking? Have you started any new activities, exercising, that kind of thing?

Welcome to SR, giffer, and congratulations on 90 days!
Have you considered counseling to help you deal with your emotions? Early sobriety can be an emotional roller coaster; separation from your wife and child must certainly add to and exacerbate those emotions.
Again, welcome.

congrats on 90 days. Really, congratulations! You have not seen your son for 5 months. Two months into that you decided to get sober. You worked through some difficult times for sure and you are still captain of your ship. I know I went through feelings of angst along the way, 90 days 180 days. Keep your chin up and be proud of yourself. Staying sober and working through it will pay off in the end. Regardless of what happens, your being sober gives you the edge over your emotions. Well done!
