New here and thinking about my alcohol issues

Do I have to stop drinking? The past few weeks I felt that I can't breathe normally and some headaches. I keep asking myself if this is a sign of being alcoholic. Should I stop drinking?

You would need a doctor to say for sure. We can't give medical advice here, but it does sound like something you should consult a physician about.

Do you think you have a problem?

Are there areas of your life that are suffering as a result of your drinking? For example, problems at work, relationships/family conflict, financial, legal?

I can't tell you about the headaches or breathing issue-I suggest you see a DR for that.

As for your drinking, maybe ask yourself-how often you drink, how much, how if effects your life etc....

I can’t answer that but suggest spending some research time reading posts here and be honest with yourself about your drinking. If you see similar drinking as yours you probably do have a problem.
Even if you don’t have a problem YET alcohol is NOT a health drink, in fact it’s toxic so nothing is really is lost if it’s not consumed.
If your talking about a drink 1 or 2 times a week that’s a different picture.

BE WELL
