Hi all,
So just lost a lenghty thread I thought was posted, seems not.
Anyway, good morning.
Last Saturday morning woke up completely disgusted with my alcohol addiction, and starting looking for help. Thankfully found you good people here. So far haven't been in any tough situations this week to trigger a binging relapse. Those are in front of me in coming weeks I know, but also trying to realize I must live in TODAY. So, not drinking TODAY. Have a swim-bike-run + a gym wko or two on weekend agenda.
God (or whoever's out there) Bless all my SR brothers & Sisters this weekend.
