Day 7 cravings

It's day seven. I've been doing really well except for having bad cravings all day no matter how busy I am I still have bad cravings. Does anybody have any advice

A peanut butter sandwich or a bowl of ice cream worked for me. Also, remember a craving usually only lasts 15 minutes or less. Just wait it out, get busy with something else. You are doing great.

Congratulations on your first sober week Fatboyanon!

Find something you like and reward yourself for staying sober.

Sparkling water, herbal tea, ice cream, chocolate. All have worked for me. Anything you like.

Enjoy your sobriety and the cravings will fade. Eat healthy and read up on what vitamins and nutrients alcohol has depleted from your body.

Even though I seldom have cravings I still drink sparkling water during the day and herbal tea in the evenings. Really helps with sleep too.
