Awake

I have found that my sobriety can only exist when I don't use ANY mood alter substances including especially alcohol. I don't want to live in hell any longer. It is just difficult because my spouse is still using. But I keep up front I don't wanna feel like I feel when I am using I hate that feeling.:headbange

Welcome to SR Mistekki :)

Have a spouse who drinks is hard for sure but it needn't be a deal breaker. You'll find a lot of other people in your position, and a lot of support :)

I think using drinking in front of someone in early sobriety is wrong talk with your spouse
