sick and tired of being so and tired
Life is beautiful until alcoholism take control. I been on a roll coaster ride ever since. But I know this program works if you work it.

Achieving sobriety does take work (and a lot of it) but it is worth every effort and every second of the time you put into it.

I was sick and tired if being sick and tired too. It's pretty remarkable when you slowly become less tired and less sick. Eventually you are neither! Imagine that! It's not easy but well worth it! You can do this!
