detoxing from H. Been using for 3 months
How long will my withdrawals be using H, anywhere from .2 to .5 daily for the last 3 months? I've tried to quit countless times last month but can't make it past two days. I'm using immodium AD to help but on the 2nd day I still wake up a wreck, sick, and dealing with cravings that seem to last for hours at a time. I'm trying to use SMART recovery and AVRT because I can't wrap my head around the higher power thing with AA/NA. But all my best intentions and tools fly out the window and I can't seem to make it even 3 days yet.

I don't have any experience with H but wanted to say

Hi, Jeff, welcome to SR.
I have no experience with H but I have seen people coming off it. H is the m*****f***** of all drugs.
I don't know where you live in the world, but would it an option to get yourself into rehab to get you over the worst ?
