So this is Day 3. Tomorrow I am going to meet with a personal trainer. Feels kind of nervous, obviously I am not in the shape of my life and I really don´t feel like telling him about my drinking..but I need a kick in the butt to get started with the excersise.

Day 4. So tired from running and the gym, I can hardly move, but it is a great feeling!

Day 5. Seem to have lost a little weight. I guess it is the bloatiness going down. Feels great though.
