Heading to dinner tonight at one of Portlands best restaurants. Should be tasty! Every now and then I make the rounds at all the different type of eateries. Portland is a foodie town and I love it!

Other than that a quiet weekend. Took tomorrow off. Exercise, cook, work on my puzzle.

Ok..ok... I have not shared this yet but I am taking up the violin. I have always loved it and I will spend the cold winter slowly learning something new. No rush. I have all my life to get down twinkle twinkle little star!

My mail just came, I'm so blessed, I got a package from one friend stuffed with candy, lip balms and magazines and another with a Starbucks gift card. My friends are so wonderful and supporting with my sobriety.

lot's of energy already... I was finishing carving pumpkins - my honey just yelled COOL!, I had one in the dark garage that's spooky and there is a bat carved in the back that casts a shadow of a bat on the wall. I made ghosts to hang in a tree. small Styrofoam balls, pipe cleaners and clear plastic and fishing line.
Anyway, I am in halloween mode - for the kids in the neighborhood.
I'll post some photos of my handy work later. Meanwhile here's something really scary for halloween for ya.
