What A Dream

Had a very realistic dream that my wife discovered all my secret stashes around the house (been thrown out for days now). She found almost all of them and we had a big fight. I went to the one she didn't find and started drinking again. Scary.

Starting day 9. Plan (hope) to post tonight saying I finished day 9 clean. I can do this.

I have suffered horrific nightmares for ages i completly understand it gets a lot better i hardly remember them at all now hang in there

You can do it. some nights I just go to bed early so I don't have to deal with the stress and cravings. Made it to day 32 today and I can report back it does get easier to deal. They say it takes 21 days to change / form a habit. I believe it is a small part of our recovery, but just breaking the habits from your drinking days aids in the recovery.
