150 Days Today
150 Days Today
Hello SR Community,
I wanted to offer up a special thank you to everyone who has been so supportive in the past 150 days. I am walking tall, and feeling fabulous, despite losing my father and a 5 year relationship this summer. I am dealing with life on life's terms and living for today...one day, one hour at a time. I have not felt this good about who I am in years, and been through some of the hardest issues I have ever faced in these 150 days. It does get so much better. I am working the AA program and continuing here on SR. I have embraced my sobriety as the most important thing in my life. Daily I am grateful for my sobriety, my health, my abilities and being able to help other people see the light. I've been told before, and it bears repeating here:
"Don't give up before the miracle happens". It is soooooo worth it. It is truly living a life of freedom.
Thanks to you all, here's to another sober day!

Thanks for all of your support, this forum has gotten me through some really tough times, at all hours of the day. I learn from all of you, and am very grateful to be sober and free one more day. Thank You-BSA
