Day 18 today
Down 7 lbs.also
Looking, feeling and thinking very noticeably better these days!
Im Grateful to my SR family (YOU!)
and my wife - for believing in me.....makes a HUGE difference.

way to go!! It feels amazing to be sober. This is what we were missing all along! And to think we thought that alcohol was our crutch. It caused every problem that we thought alcohol was curing. Waking up is thee best feeling I have felt in years. Thank you for validating that and being on here!
