Road to Recovery..

I know everyone is different but I want to get a little gauge on how cravings will affect me over the coming months. I am currently on Day 5 and deadset on ridding this poison for a lifetime.

I have been without a drink no longer than a 1-2 week break over the past 10 years (27). Do you think this timeframe will be my toughest?

Also, is there anything that has helped you to put your mind at ease from cravings?

Thanks,
Dicky

I think cravings are generally pretty unpredictable, but my worst time was the first two months.

There are some decent tips on dealing with cravings here:

Main thing is to have and use support I found.

If that craving after 2 weeks crops up having something to get you past it will make all the difference!!
