So I'm on day 3, which is great. However, my cheeks feel swollen this morning and I have a headache. It just doesn't make any sense to me. Anyone have the same thing happen?

It's pretty common to get ill when we quit - we don't realise how run down we get.
Take care of yourself and see a DR if you think you need too Strategery

I appreciate your insight and am pretty sure I'm fine. When I got to day 4 last time, my ring got loose, so I think maybe my fluid levels are attempting to normalize.
I am going to have to keep a close eye on myself today though. I can tell I'm emotionally strung up moreso than usual. Maybe part of it is the stress that I have a major project due today and a smaller project due. I think I will hit the gym on the way home rather than go home after everything today.

It's normal to feel a bit 'off' for a while after getting sober. Do check with your doctor if you feel worse or if it continues.
