Week 2!!!!!!

It's arrived, today marks the first day of week 2, feels great to know I have a week under my belt.

Aim for this week, start looking for as many things / activities / hobbies that can help me when I have future alcohol cravings.

Thanks to everyone for support over the week, what a resource this is!

Great job stewy. I love your positive outlook and your plans for the week. I owe my sobriety to staying busy, amongst other things. Just make sure to stop to enjoy the moment. Sobriety gives lots of good ones

You're doing great! Staying busy is a great plan. Not only finding stuff to do, but stuff that doesn't require sitting within arm's reach of my refrigerator was liberating.

Hey Stewy84, congrats on the first two weeks. For me, the first couple of weeks was the hardest, especially physically. Nice job!

..start looking for as many things / activities / hobbies that can help me when I have future alcohol cravings.
Yes, this part IS KEY!
