I would love to have some french toast waffles, but that can't happen since I broke the waffle maker. Sad beast is sad. It will probably end up being a strawberry banana smoothie.

I'm current on my way to see my Grandfather, so having a banana on route then making us both poached eggs on toast once I get there. Very stormy here today, think I'm going to get blown there!

It's 3:51 here, and I just had a bowl of Cheerios with milk.

Now I'm going back to bed. Work isn't for another 9 hours. Hump day for me. If my days off are Wednesday and Thursday does that mean I get 2 weekends per week?

Still in bed but this thread has set my stomach rumbling. Got no food in, so I might treat myself to breakfast at the Turkish place round the corner, with the money I didn't spend on booze. They do a dish called Menemen: scrambled eggs, peppers, tomatoes, and melted cheese. All washed down with some hot coffee. Then off to the library to read. Can't be bad. Enjoy yours, people

These posts make me jealous. I have dodgy guts (not related to alcohol) and any of those breakfasts would make me sick. I have the same boring breakfast everyday, oatmeal and a glass of water! Not being able to replace booze with delicious adventurous food items makes me sad

I pigged out yesterday, so it's a green smoothie for me.

1 cup milk of your choice
1 frozen banana
2 cups of kale
Cinnamon
Protein powder of choice
Blend like crazy

Don't knock it 'til you try it!

A cup of coffee.
Never been a breakfast eater; the main reason I'd eat breakfast while drinking was to soak up the booze still sloshing around in my system.

Ok I have eggs, 4 hashbrowns, a bunch of bacon, 2 sausages and a cinnamon raisin bagel plus apple and orange juice. Not the most healthy but super delicious!

I typically have a few turkey sausages and/or a couple of scrambled eggs. Sometimes an omelette with onions and kale and cheese. Coffee with half and half.

Today, I have some leftovers around, so I enjoyed a slice of the pizza I got the other night. It is called "con pollo" and has a cream sauce, chicken, caramelized onions and cheese on it. The onions give it a sweetness. Good breakfast food to me! I got a small pizza and had a slice for breakfast yesterday as well, and still have one piece left! Lots of mileage out of a small pie! I tried a few bites of my leftover cabbage roll casserole while I waited for the pizza to warm up. But, that was not working for me this morning. I tried it cold, but it will need to be eaten hot. Lunch or dinner or both today.

I sometimes enjoy leftover dinner food for breakfast, so I get my protein and veggies started early in the day.

My 10yo son was allowed a slice of the cake he won at his school function the other night. LOL. I made him have a glass of milk with it.

Haven't decided yet. I'm one of those that will eat anything for any meal so the options are pantry-wide. There's everything from oatmeal to steak and potato.

Think I'll put on some music and puzzle it out.
