It's the little things today-
Day 67 - traffic, parking, ran over something made of concrete at the gas station, my (sort of) mother in law.......all stupid things that have dragged down my day.
Grateful tho that I'm just being quiet and going to bed early instead of trying to drink away my crappy feelings.
Hope everyone else is doing well.

Clearly I'm tired...I read that post and in my head it translated into you running over your sort of mother in law whom is made of concrete....

Yeah...those are just little things. Our drinking causes problems on a larger scale. You made the right decision deciding to go to bed early instead of drinking. Whatever our problems are, it doesn't mean we have to drink over it. All it takes is that first drink to take us down that path of destruction. Have a nice night!
