Vacation to Orlando.... Meetings?
 

2 days sober, struggling, and I leave for Orlando, Florida on Vacation this weekend, for a week.

I'm going with my fiance, who is supportive, so that's good.

But I'm hoping to go to meetings while I'm there. I really, really need to.

Has anyone been to meetings down there they would recommend? I know nothing about Orlando..... but I know it's a very common vacation spot and maybe you guys know something.

I'm not sure on the meetings, but does your fiance know the full extent of your decision to be a "non drinker" from now on?

He desperately wants me to be sober and go to meetings.

He used to be a "normal drinker" but he told me that even the sight of alcohol now "disgusts him" because he's seen it destroying me.

It's an inconvenient time for this trip considering I just relapsed and everything is scaring me, but at the same time I'm really committed to going to meetings, even every single day of the trip. And at least I'm with my fiance so I'm safe in my company.

Are you planning on doing the parks? My suggestion if yes is to skip Epcot. They are holding the Food and Wine Festival at this time and this early for you things may be entirely too tempting.
