How do you define a "Binge" ?

I think the technical definition, if I remember correctly, is five drinks or more in one "sitting" (or a two-hour period).

As someone in AA once told me, "If you suspect you have a problem, definitions don't really matter anymore."

Its completely subjective.

Same here, at least 2-3 times a week.

I didn't relate the word binge to my pattern of drinking, especially the last couple of years of my drinking. I was an all day, every day drinker so my drinking pattern never changed much. I guess in my much earlier days I would consider a binge any time I drank more than usual for longer than usual. Still that happened pretty much every weekend, holiday and/or vacation so it was pretty predictable too.
