A very odd craving stopper.

I started reading horror stories because I love Halloween. Maybe it's just because I'm entertained, but I've found it's a great distraction. A lot of other stuff I do, like I can't listen to certain albums when I'm craving because they remind me of drinking times.

Whereas this is completely separate.

Anyone have weird stuff they do to stop cravings?

Tom.

Long-term sobriety and working on myself and my life work for me, which includes helping others.
