I do have plans. Food and meals good to go as soon as I get home from work (being hungry is a big trigger for me). Thinking about it more now though, I need to get past that after work hump where I've caved many times before, it's always that first hour or so when I get home.
Do something different after work. Drive a different route. Stop at the library for that hour you usually drink. Go for a walk. Go for a run. Clean something. Keeping physically busy helped me in my witching hour.
