Hi Pups, I know exactly what it is like as I am in a similar position. I am off a 2 day session and I'm on my 3rd day sober today. I didn't sleep for 2 nights (Sat/Sun) so you can imagine how Monday felt. The normal is for me to start to feel quite good today/tomorrow and bingo it all happens again. However, today I am visiting a doctor who specialises in addiction. I understand what you mean about AA but hopefully we can both break away from these soul destroying episodes starting now!! Aidan
