Relapse prevention / Aftercare
 

Hi all. So just finished another session of my relapse prevention tonight. Unexpectedly got pulled aside by the recovery consellor.

Turns out my original after care group wants me to come back into the fold. Process is if you slip/relapse you need to complete 2 months of relapse prevention courses...which I've done..but with the scary hospital experience 18 days ago in the midst of it.

Apparently my group has made a case for me to return ( they could have sent me to a new group) but i need to do a recovery/plan experience timeline to go over with them.

I'm going back on Thursday. Will be good to see some friends again.

Day 18 is winding down.
