Working on the Second
So I was sitting here toying around on the apps on my phone. I ended up finding a Quit Smoking app that tells you how much money you save. I thought to myself, I'm sure I'm saving money by not drinking. Now I want to try and stop smoking. There is also an app for Quit Drinking I also installed that can give me an estimate of what I'm saving. I just downloaded it and put my quit drinking day as today since I'm not sure what day it was I stopped.
Anyways of this isn't the right place for this I'm sorry but was just wondering if anyone had any tips for quitting smoking? Any advice would be grateful.

There is a quitting smokes/nicotine forum here worth checking out. I've been vaping for 4 months with the idea that I would taper the nic levels. Only in the last month have I really tried. I'm now down to 1.3% nicotine from 2.4 but still an addict. I only spend $12 a week on vaping so it's way cheaper. I will have to make the jump to zero eventually. So far, so good. Best wishes on beating the nic beast.
Lots of good ideas and discussions here too
