Drank yesterday.

Got a nasty cold and feel like crap. Back to day one!!

Welcome back, I’m glad you are able to come back as many can’t or won’t.
One of my favorite expressions that helped me is ‘if I don’t pick up the first drink, I won’t have to TRY to get sober AGAIN.”

Unitedguy, sorry about the cold and feeling bad, but the bright spot of the day is that the setback didn't derail you. To borrow from the post above...we are not failing as long as we keep trying.
