Thinking too much, short vent.

I've been told that I think too much. Maybe I do, sometimes I wish I could turn it off like I used to.

But you know what? I'd rather think a little too much than be the mindless drunk I was this time last year.

There, vent over. Thx for listening

True, you don't make a whole lot of progress toward solving your problems if you don't think about them.

I overthink things too. Tend to analyze everything. It's hard for me to just "be still".

Me too - especially around 3:00am. I'm glad to be thinking and feeling though. I spent so many years in a fog and incoherent. Glad you vented Bunnezip.
