Day 5

Day 4 went well. Still no cravings and I am thankful for that. The bloated feeling is gone....yes....

Congrats Tony! I was eating a lot the first week and perusing, posting here on SR (still doing that). I'm grateful I found this site when I decided to quit this time. It became part of my plan.

Good work, Tony. After a while I figured out that my cravings were the AV that everyone talks about here. Keeping that in mind helped me deal with it. Now when I drive past my formerly frequented liquor stores I say, "Take that, AV!!"
