False alarm

Follow-up to my posting this morning. I have texted 2 times to brother's GF and no response. So I think it was a butt-call.

It can't be easy waiting on that call that you were expecting, but your Sobriety and recovery needs to come first in all of this, getting stressed and anxious over the unknown is not helpful.

For me I needed to create new ways of dealing with stressful situations, because they will happen, life goes on even in sobriety!!

Keep pushing through ArtFriend, I'm glad it wasn't the bad news you were expecting!!
