wow! impressive. Good for him! good point he made, taking his life for granted when there were people out there fighting to keep their lives.

I loved it that he got his strength and inspiration through an on-line friendship.

That's what we're all doing here. There is some magic in our all being right here, right now, helping each other grow and change. This particular collection of humans, reaching out.

I thought that was cool too. One of the positive aspects of the internet. And I agree that people can grow and learn from other's experiences.

I was amazed that he was drinking a fifth (1.75ml) bottle every night and could quit cold turkey. Amazing! And then have the discipline to diet and exercise on top of that! I feel like I am a weenie!! LOL
