I love that book.....it is so wonderful for newcomers, and as a tool to keep using throughout my life. Clear simple suggestions that really work ~ they have for me.

First read this 3 months ago, at the highest point in my recovery up to date. I'm glad I read it again just now.. going to look at it daily until I make some of these regular habits.
