feeling good
on day 16 Am so very happy that I did this, even though I have had to shut down my AV a few times - feel so much happier, healthier, and just as important, so much more worthwhile!

That's great, Suzie!!! 16 days is amazing. That is my new goal...last time I drank on Day 17. Feeling better is the best possible motivation.
