Tired of the drink!

I do not even know where to start, I am just so tired of the every day drink. I never in my life thought I would get to this point but I really do need to quit! It is effecting every thing in my life!

Have you tried to stop drinking before? A trip to your doctor to discuss your current situation and a plan for the future would be a good starting point.

Welcome. Everyone is right, there is a lot of support here. Today is my day 1. I myself was tired of the daily drink and knew it was time for a change.
