I am tired of this poisen. How do I get started. How do I learn to eat again?

You can get started by getting rid of the alcohol in the house. Don't buy anymore. Have you talked to your dr about detoxing because it can be dangerous to detox from alcohol. Learning to eat again will come - for me it just took a couple of days and I was fine.

That is what I want to. I want to live normal again.
