day 19
So I still feel like **** and don't know what to do. I was doing suboxone for 2 years at 8mg strips and went cold turkey ended up in hospital cuz I wasn't holding anything in then after a month relapsed for 3 months now on day 19 of cold turkey again. I'm going out of my mind with anxiety, depression.

I'm on day 11 of no alcohol. I know I've been fighting the sad moods etc too..
For myself I take it one hour at a time. Usually 1 hour later if I compare my mood I feel a BIT better.
Talking on SR. Talking to my GF. going to AA. It's all a process. But oh my I know the depression can be crippling.
Don't give in to it as a reason to start again. Focus on what you've done. 19 days is a great start.
We can do this. No one said it was supposed to be easy though.
