Day off tomorrow

I have the day off tomorrow. Hubby has to work and kids are gone for the day.
My AV is already planning to mess up the day in all the usual ways.
I am on day 10 and don't want to mess it up.

Hi lastchance. I went through that so many times. When I gave in it was horrific. It's hard to realize it can never be fun for us anymore - there's nothing but misery at the end of that binge. Please distract yourself from these thoughts. We know you can - and you'll be so happy you made it over this hurdle.
