Hi and congratulations with your 5 day accomplishment, it does get easier each additional day, often we feel not fast enough.
At your point in sobriety I was introduced to the fact that made so much sense to me.
“If we don’t pick up the first drink we don’t have to try to get sober AGAIN.”
This is a period that was a great REMEMBER WHEN if I had the thought it wasn’t that bad.

5 days is pretty major - you should be feeling pretty proud of yourself today, even if you still feel lousy physically. Grab hold of that positive feeling and build on it.
