Today is one of those days that I'm off of work... have stuff to do but nothing serious. In the past I would say well I'll have one drink and watch some TV and then get up and do something. Well you know how that story went. I would pass out and be lucky enough to wake up just in time... like minutes before my hubby walked in the door from work and then do my best to act normal. So today I feel good because I haven't done that. I have been staying busy and NOT plopping down in the chair "to relax." I'm just so glad that I'm hanging in there... we're babysitting the grandsons tonight and I want to remember the experience and the fun. Some days are more of a challenge than others. I still often feel like I don't want to be home alone because I'm so scared I will run to the store and get a bottle... "the last one."

have fun with the grandsons! My mother always fun cooking dinner with my kids (let's them roll out the dough put toppings on their own pizzas), games, movies, etc. Good job in getting through the day home alone... you are almost there!

We have the same day! I had the day off work too. I did a little of this and that. A small amount of shopping and some dishes and made a cheese cake.

No stress to do anything but just hang around with myself! I don't get the chance to do that very often and I am glad I took the day.

It feels so good to do nothing and not drink doing it..LOL
