Day 9 . . . and WOW!!!

Hi Everyone,

I want to thank you all for your great support - and am so grateful for this community.

Just beginning day 9, and cannot believe how different I feel from only two weekends ago.

Had some strong cravings yesterday, and had to go out shopping, but got through without going to the liquor store.

My head is clearing, have really begun to recognize triggers, I'm focusing on my studies, cleaned the apartment, have even lost a bit of weight!!

ONWARD!!

Yay us!!! Day 9 for me as well! Feeling soooooooo much stronger than just a few days ago. A sober weekend , which seemed so foreign , really wasn't that bad! Lets fight this together!!! Loving my diet dr pepper, root beer, coke zero , chocolate and carbs

Ellay, I see you are spoiling your tummy too! I'm taking the advice sleep when i am tired, eat when hungry. I don't eat sweets but m &m's for some reason disappear rather quickly these days.
