Last night my brother admitted he relapsed he drank gambled smoked cocaine and crack

Being there for him as best i as can made him a nice lunch hes going to a meeting tonight

Telling him things like if you dont want to talk then you dont have to talk

Hes been on the phone to his sponser and has written up a plan and is phoning up others

im ok bit gutted but i can only try to support him by being the support crew

Wanted to get that off my chest he arrived in a bad state last night

Thank you i am doing my best but i can see he is very stressed so am being super gentle

he is going to a meeting just made him a coffee and giving him space downstairs

hes planning on going on work tomorrow and staying with me and my gf for a bit

taking it v.slowly hes through the first 12 hours when he comes home tonight it will be 24h

Just got back from dropping him off at the bus stop hes in a meeting now its 8.03pm

He's going work in the morning but he is very stressed and agitated

said focus on the here right now just for tonight

going to make him dinner when he gets back
