we had some chicken and a cup of tea and some coffee he said he's getting up for 5.45 am i said il make him a coffee and walk him bus stop
i told him im only going to support him and for him to focus on the here right now
he has completed the first 24h and is now sleeping
you guys have really helped me tonight and thank you so much for being there for me ...means a lot
you guys are awesome

My brother was up at 5.45 am we had tea and coffee i drink tea he drinks coffee lol
He was ok i didnt say anything apart from saying 'your welcome to stay with me for a few days/weeks/months'
He said he will phone me on his lunchbreaks
fingers crossed.......
i found his groceries in the fridge so yeah im sure hes coming back

Your brother is obviously feeling so so terrible soberwolf .... it is just wonderful he has you for support ... so many people dont have that kind if support ... all the very best for him and you as well....

He just texted he's said call me at 2.30 pm (its 12.35pm)
i liked it because he said if i dont phone him he'l phone me !!!!!!

Just spoke with him he's going to stay at his gf's tonight
I have complete faith in him my gf is staying bk with me after helping her mum yesterday
so with both with the loves of our lives tonight
i told him i loved him im here etc i said the txt msg he sent earlier made my day as he knows to reach out he actually told me il phone u (if u knew my brother he would never say this so good eh ?)
got a very good feeling about this
