Just scared of what I am going to go through. I remember how great I felt while sober, but so scared of withdrawals.

I'm going through it also. Just over a day myself after relapsing.

I know it's scary and stressful but all we can do is ride it out. Wish you a speedy recovery.

Been there many times. Don't you wish you could just condense all the suffering into one damn day and be done with it instead of 3 or 4 days??

If you're really concerned, maybe its a good idea to see a Dr? It might take some of the general worry and stress away?

I went to the ER. They sent me home with Ativan. Told me to start taking it tomorrow/today. Just get so anxious. I know checking in here will help me get through it. My head just feels like someone hit me with a mallet.

I hope that helps and you feel better. I felt like my brain was frying this morning but now it's just foggy. I've been on here all day and it helps take my mind off things that are adding to the anxiety. And maybe learn a little something in the process.
