go for a walk or get outdoor time daily.... be around nature.... it's good for the soul and the mind and the body.

eat well... pay attention to nutrition.

do your best to get proper rest.

make time for play.... play is important to our well-being.

ensure you have support - go to AA, come to SR, get a sponsor, find a program.

DO THINGS YOU LOVE.... and if you don't know what you love, begin exploring what you MIGHT love.... try new things. Make time to explore. Begin to LIVE....

Consider seeing a counselor.... we can all benefit from some time with a good therapist.

Meditate - I know; you'll probably be saying "I can't do that, it doesn't work for me". Do it anyway.

This is not an exhaustive list, but some of the ways I have found to care for myself.
