Good morning all,

Well today is my day two and it's going to be my first tester. I'm off for 4 nights away and there is entertainment along with a meal this evening. I'm determined to get through today because I know if I do this evening I know I can manage the other 3. I am worried about pressure from others to drink but I have decided for now to simply say I have a water infection.

I've woken up feeling excited also though to feeling healthy and enjoying the simplest things like some lovely long walks by the coast and sitting in a little cafe people watching. Going to bed in total control and remembering to remove my make-up and cleaning my teeth.....silly I know but when I wake up after a heavy binge my make up is always everywhere and my mouth is never fresh. My pampering bag is packed.

Hope you have a great time - sober! You can do it I know what you mean about going to bed sober and brushing teeth removing make up etc, rather than falling into bed as is lol
