Well...I did it !

I got in my car during the day and drove and on the freewayyy babyyyyyy in traffic.

Then I went to 2 stores and talked to everyone I saw...

I am scared to say that I felt "normal" today I don't want it to go away.

I have felt like crud for the last 2-3 months ( I relapsed with a glass of wine the first month)

(I also worked out for the 1st time for 45 minutes about an hour ago)

I am hoping this means I am healing everyday , and I will continue doing so!!

I am glad I can tell everyone on here , for the first time I felt happy today.
