Day 9 - Breaking up with wine

Day 9 of breaking up with wine was successful. I also need to break up with diet coke at some point. Been drinking waaaaaay too much lately especially since I am no longer drinking wine at night. I want to replace diet coke with water, but need to do this in baby steps so I don't set myself up for failure. Looking forward to starting October on day 10 and keep on going!

Congrats kirsten.

My issue is beer but I have replaced it with a lot of diet Dew. I agree water is the key. Congrats on going into October with 9 days. You are paving the way for future success.

I was a wino too. I was a slave to it. So glad that's no longer the case.

Great job Kirsten! We are here for you

Wine is so vexing especially for women, because it's considered socially refined and more drinkers are considered more cultured than those who do hard liquor or beer.

Way to go!

I'm almost at two years, and I still have my Diet Coke addiction!

Keep it up!
