I have been reading a lot on here the past few weeks and I seem to do well (one or two days in a row) and then get right back into the swing with weekends and a partner and friends who drink. I need to stop, I have no support here at home and talking about it leads to anger on their part and more emotional stress (trigger to drink) on mine. I just can't keep on like this. I am glad to be here.

OpenWindow have you checked out rational.org? A combination of that site and SR will help you a lot. Sorry you don't have any support at home. That's make things tougher, but not impossible. Hang in there. It's your life that's in the balance!!!
