so today i went from 30 mg to 20 mg of methadone....i have been very anxious about this drop...its funny in a sense that i want to be off methadone so bad...but in the same breath im so afraid of being off of it.

i probably wont feel the withdrdawel until tommorow so right now im feeling fine but i know the pain is coming...hopefully ill be able to sleep at night
