Just checking in....

need to at the moment

coming up to day 3 and not too bad

bad nights sleep and shaky when woke up but seem to be eating alright (ish)

No energy and putting things off but went to my parents for a few hours this afternoon to break the day and I knew they would make me eat

taking the vitamins but smoking like a chimney with my decaff

here's hoping for a better night and a sober day 3

hope you all ok

Mike

Thanks for checking in, Mike. Really glad to hear that it is going okay.

Baby steps; be gentle with yourself.

thanks guys for your replies - really helps

heading into day 5 soon and to be honest day 4 was worse than day 3

been irritable unmotivated and an old grump!!!!!

done some stuff though and back to reality tomorrow

No cravings though and more importantly no alcohol

keep going guys and gals

Mike

It was a roller coaster for me for the first six weeks. Some days were definitely harder than others.

It's normal - your brain has some serious rewiring to go through.
